How Do I Browse On The Site?

From our homepage, you can use the search bar at the top of the page by entering the product title, author, the full ISBN or browse through popular listings of products. The browse menu is also available on mobile devices. You can also use the drop down menu selecting the category of your search such as Bibles > Which Bible > NIV > then refining your search. Opportunities for selecting sale products and specials will be available on the site.

How Do I Find Out Product Information?

For details about an individual product just click on the product image and this will take you to the product information page. Here you will see all the information about the product including price, availability, shipping details, and other specific product details.

How Do I Create An Account?

All you need to do is click on the Register link at the top of the page and this will take you to a new page where you can Create an Account. Here you can enter all your details including name, email address, and password as mandatory fields. There are other details which you can provide us to assist our customer service. Once this is done you have an account which is identified by your unique email address and password.

How Do I Access My Account?

At the top of the page you will see the Login link and this will take you to a new page where you can enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in you can view your account details, change your password etc. We recommend that you log in when you go on the website as this will save time when you place your order and move to the Checkout page. Here all your details will prefill with your billing and delivery details.

Do I Need To Set Up An Account?

You can if you wish not set up an Account and shop on our website as our guest. We will hold your details on the site during the order process only. You can if you wish to set up your Account at any time during the order.

All personal information collected by is strictly confidential. Please refer to our privacy statement for further details.

What Is The Delivery Time For An Order?

Our aim is to have your order picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving it.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Average delivery times are between 1-5 working days from the date of the order being shipped. If you require a faster delivery you can choose this in the delivery method section of the Checkout page.

How Can I Track The Progress Of My Order?

Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Will My Order Still Be Delivered If I Am Not Home?

If you are not at home Australia Post and our other couriers will leave a card for you to pick up your parcel at your nearest depot.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

You will have an option to confirm your shipping address once you get to the Checkout page. If you need to change your shipping address you can uncheck the item on the page and you can enter your new shipping address for this order. If the shipping address change is permanent you can change this in your profile.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at your expense. If there is a problem with the order please let us know and we can arrange for you to return the goods and have the goods re-shipped to you.

Are My Credit Card Details Secure?

The website protected, meaning that where sensitive information is collected at the checkout phase, protocols will be followed and the data in such sections will be sent out in encrypted format over the internet. We do not see nor store your credit card details. If you need to add additional products to your order once placed you will need to contact us again with your credit card details. If you wish to pay for your order via credit card but are not comfortable submitting your credit card details over the internet you can contact our customer service team.

Do You Accept Bpay?

We offer credit card payments only for all our online bookshop orders.


Can Products Be Returned For Exchange?

Unless otherwise arranged, all sales are firm sale. If however you receive a product in damaged condition, please contact us to arrange a replacement.


Is The Site Printer Friendly?

If you wish to print off information about a product, simply click on the product image to open the product information page then use the Print function in your browser. In most browsers the page will be automatically reformatted for printing.

At Bible Society we are committed to our mission to engage people with the Bible both in Australia and around the world. We can only continue in this work with the generous prayers and financial assistance of our supporters. The Online bookshop provides an opportunity to support our work through the purchases of Bibles and Christian books and also through specific donations. We provide this opportunity on the site pages and also the Checkout page. You can choose to give to our current mission projects as you finalise your purchase. We appreciate your support.
